No Lockout at Golden Gate Fields, $1 NFL Sundays Resume Sept. 11

Now that the National Football League lockout is a distant also-ran, make plans to be at Golden Gate Fields on Sunday, Sept. 11, to watch all the action from week one of the 2011-2012 NFL season.

Golden Gate Fields, via a subscription to the NFL Sunday Ticket, televises all the available games on monitors throughout its facility.  The largest and cheapest sports bar in the Bay Area, Golden Gate Fields charges just one dollar for general admission on Sundays and also offers football fans $1 beers, $1 hot dogs and $1 sodas.  General parking and racing programs also cost just a buck.

Among the match-ups on Opening Sunday of the NFL season are the Steelers at the Ravens and the Seahawks at the 49ers.
