Kentucky Derby Winning Trainer McGaughey To Guest On ‘At The Track’ Sunday

     Shug McGaughey, the Hall of Fame trainer who captured the 139th running of the Kentucky Derby with Orb, will be the featured guest on the horse racing radio show “At The Track” this Sunday.

     Hosted by Sam Spear, “At The Track” airs from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. every Sunday on KNBR (680 AM).

     Spear will talk to McGaughey about Orb’s decisive victory in the Kentucky Derby, the upcoming Preakness Stakes on May 18 at Pimlico, and the trainer’s illustrious career.  The New York-based McGaughey is one of the most respected trainers in horse racing.
 
     Racing at Golden Gate Fields resumes Thursday and continues through Sunday, Mother’s Day.  Post time each day is 12:45 p.m.
