Golden Gate Fields Open For Simulcast Wagering; East Bay Track Will Open Fall Meeting October 18

     Thoroughbred racing is back on the fair circuit and Golden Gate Fields will simulcast all the action from the San Joaquin County Fair in Stockton and the Big Fresno Fair.  The Stockton meet runs from Sept. 20-30 and will be followed by the Big Fresno Fair, which will run from Oct. 4-14.

     Golden Gate Fields offers simulcast wagering Wednesday through Sunday on action from across the country.  For a listing of the tracks being simulcast, check out the simulcast calendar on the Golden Gate Fields web page.  The simulcast calendar can be found under “race information.”

    Live racing will return to Golden Gate Fields on Thursday, Oct. 18, when the track opens its 2012 fall season.  Post time will be 12:45 p.m.
