   Golden Gate Fields will be open for simulcast wagering on racing from East Coast racetracks as well Cal Expo Harness in Sacramento and Los Alamitos Quarter Horse racing in Southern California this Friday through Sunday (Dec.21-23).  Golden Gate Fields is offering free parking and free admission to the simulcast programs, which will be held in the club house.  Gates open at 10 a.m.
