Jockey Russell Baze capped off a big Friday at Golden Gate Fields by guiding the 7-year-old gelding Restless Youth to an impressive victory in the $42,702  allowance feature.

Restless Youth attacked the speedy Frumious early, took command on the turn and then held off Live Sundays to win the six-furlong sprint by three-quarters of a length in 1:10.67.  Live Sundays, the 3-to-5 favorite, took second by a neck over Frumious.

Restless Youth, trained by Roger Hansen, recorded his 10th win in 31 career starts and earned $25,740 for his owner, Kjell H. Qvale of San Francisco.
