Classy Filly Indian Gracey Returns To Races Sunday At GGF

The classy 3-year-old filly Indian Gracey will make her return to the racing wars Sunday at Golden Gate Fields when she heads a field of six fillies and mares in the featured ninth race.

Golden Gate Fields will present a 10-race Dollar Day card and post time is 12:45 p.m.  General parking, general admission, programs, beers, hot dogs, and sodas all cost just a buck apiece.

Indian Gracey finished third in the Grade 1 Oak Leaf Stakes at Hollywood Park on Oct. 3 and then went to the sidelines.  Trained by Jerry Hollendorfer, Indian Gracey has finished in the money in all four of her starts, collecting a win, two seconds and a third.

The field for Sunday’s main event, in post position order, is as follows: Roman Vallerina, Inoel Beato rides, 15-to-1; Pearloftheorient, Abel Cedillo, 3-to-1; Indian Gracey, Frey, 7-to-5; Gold Plan, Juan Hernandez, 5-to-2; Piano Kitty, Jesus Velazquez, 10-to-1; and Grey Lassie, Francisco Duran, 8-to-1.
