Finished third in the jockey standings at the 2010-2011 winter/spring meeting at Golden Gate Fields with 68 victories.

Won the 2012 Albany Stakes at Golden Gate Fields with Shudacudawudya.

Captured the 2012 Joseph T. Grace Handicap at Santa Rosa with Control Seeker.

Won the 2011 Everett Nevin Alameda County Futurity at Pleasanton with Sherman Bartlebort.  

Competed at Emerald Downs in the summer of 2010 and finished fourth in the jockey standings at the Washington track with 75 wins, including four stakes victories (Auburn Handicap with Posse Power, Federal Way Handicap with Feeling Fancy, Belle Roberts Stakes with Mizzen You, and Washington’s Lottery Handicap with Rewritten).

Captured the 2009 Gold Rush Stakes at Golden Gate Fields aboard Sourdough Sam.

Also rode stakes-winners Midwife (2004 Palo Alto Handicap at Bay Meadows), Jet West (2004 Earlene McCabe Derby, Sacramento), My Captain (2003 Big Jag Handicap, Bay  Meadows), Llha Grande (2003 Hillsborough Handicap, Bay Meadows), Halo Cat (2002 Albany Handicap, Golden Gate Fields), and Tale of a Dream (2002 Courtship Stakes, Bay Meadows).

Has been a mainstay in the Northern California jockey colony for more than a decade.  

Rode his first winner in 2001, and had a banner campaign in 2002 when he won 202 races and gained national attention as a finalist for the Eclipse Award as the nation’s outstanding apprentice rider.

Won the riding championship at the 2002 San Mateo County Fair meeting at Bay Meadows when he topped Hall of Famer Russell Baze and veteran Jason Lumpkins.

Finished third in the jockey standings at the following meetings: 2002 Bay Meadows Fall season with 40 wins, 2002-2003 Golden Gate Fields season with 80 wins, and 2004 Bay Meadows Fall season with 40 wins.

Finished as the fifth-leading jockey at the 2008-2009 Golden Gate Fields meeting despite missing several weeks of action with a shoulder injury.
