HOLLENDORFER, MAWING
RECORD TRIPLES AT GGF
     Trainer Jerry Hollendorfer and jockey Leslie Mawing celebrated Super Bowl Sunday by winning three races apiece at Golden Gate Fields.
     Hollendorfer captured the third race with Imadethecashcall ($3.80), the fourth with Saturn Moon ($3.80) and the seventh with Washington Bridge ($16.00). 
     Three different jockeys teamed up with Hollendorfer for the victories as Mawing rode Imadethecashcall, Russell Baze piloted Saturn Moon, and Chad Schvaneveldt powered home Washington Bridge ($16.00).
      Mawing scored his other victories aboard Miss Triple Play ($60.40) in the fifth race and Shou Win ($7.60) in the eighth. 
     Hollendorfer tops the trainer standings with 32 victories through 29 days of racing at the 2009-2010 meeting.  Mawing is fourth in the jockey standings with 28 wins.
 
     Golden Gate Fields will be open Wednesday for simulcast wagering on action from Aqueduct (post time is 10:55 a.m.), Gulfstream Park (11:10 a.m.), Portland Meadows (12:40 p.m.), and Santa Anita (1 p.m.).

      Live racing will resume at Golden Gate Fields Thursday.  Post time is 12:45 p.m. and the eight-race program will kick off a five-day stretch of racing at Golden Gate Fields, which will present a special Presidents’ Day card on Monday, Feb. 15.
