Owners and Trainers with horses running on a given day can be provided Turf Club admission and a table on that day (subject to availability).

The Thoroughbred Owners of California ("TOC")
Thoroughbred Owners of California is the official representative of the 9,000 licensed Thoroughbred Owners in California. TOC represents owners' interests in all business matter with the Racing Associations (such as purse contracts and simulcast agreements), in all legislative matters in Sacramento and administratively before the CHRB. TOB's goal is to improve and increase the representation of owners in day-to-day management of the racing industry.
